"Feels a bit overpriced for what you get"
I don’t think this is really worth the price. It’s not like it’s completely terrible or unusable, but for what it costs, I was expecting the quality to feel noticeably better. Instead, it just feels kind of average, and when something is priced higher, I guess I expect it to either last longer, look nicer, or just feel more premium in general. This didn’t really give me that impression, so I was a little disappointed. If it were cheaper, I’d probably feel differently, but at this price point, it’s hard for me to recommend
"My ink arrived way sooner than I thought"
I ordered ink from ldproducts.com, i was surprised by how fast it showed up. For me, it felt like it was only about 2 days, maybe 3 at the most. The packaging was totally fine, and I didn’t have to keep checking tracking or follow up with anyone, which I really appreciated. I’m happy with the experience and I’d definitely order from them again

"I wasn’t totally sure if this cartridge..."
I wasn’t totally sure if this cartridge would fit my printer, but it went in fine and the printer accepted it without any issues. So far, it seems to be working as expected.

"Return and warranty were kind of a hassle"
I had a rough time trying to return my ink cartridge. It didn’t seem to work right, and getting help took way longer than I expected. The warranty sounded decent at first, but once I actually needed it, it felt like I had to jump through a bunch of hoops. I was asked to try a few more things, send info again, and after all that there still wasn’t really an easy fix. For me, it was probably more hassle than it was worth.

"Not gonna lie, the customer service was slow"
Not gonna lie, I was a bit disappointed with the customer service. It took a few days to hear back, and when they did respond, it didn’t really feel all that helpful

"Print quality didn’t really live up to the claims"
The prints came out okay, but nothing special. I felt like the product description made it sound like the quality would be better, but it was all vague and didn’t really match what I got. Not terrible, just a bit underwhelming.

"Good prints, but the wait was annoying"
The print quality is actually good and the colors look fine, so no complaints there. I was just frustrated with how long I had to wait to get it, but once it arrived, it worked as expected.
