I have been ordering from LD for six years + and have always received the products and have good success in using them. I had one issue several years ago with a ream of paper and they quickly gave me a credit; I was able to apply to a subsequent purchase for ink and toner. No questions asked. Always prompt delivery. Would recommend.

Been ordering from this company for 15+ years. They’ve always delivered. When issues of cartridge compatibility have come up due to HP playing marketing games, LD has always provided a solution. Oh yeah and the price is right.

"Order for Epson 4820, Black and Color"
Cartridges do not work in my printer. Repeated calls to number shown, left messages, no response. Sent emails. No response. Did a chat and person was nice, but no help. Ask for refunds. No reply. Will never order from them again. I have proof of purchase and gave it on emails, phone and chat. Company will go out of business with this service.

"Do NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY"
I submitted an order on Dec 2, 2023 of over $700. On Dec 17, I had yet to receive my order , but was billed. As of today, I have received 3 of my 20+ toners/cartridges. As of today, I have made 14 calls to customer service where I have actually talked to a human. I have spoke directly with “Ricky” who is supposedly a supervisor of customer service. He has promised I’d get my money back, but haven’t. I called March 23rd and was told my credit card had supposedly been credited on March 1 and IT HAD NOT! Over the past 4 months I have been on the phone with customer service 10+ hours trying to get this issue resolved. I was also given a chance to use a “code” for discount. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN! They have had one excuse after another. From computer issues to warehouse issues, to the computers not syncing correctly with the warehouses. OH, and Ricky…. He was supposed to call me back for the past 2 days and I have yet to receive a phone call. This company is a scam and I feel sorry for the customer service people who have to lie to the customers to make them happy. I’ve received one lie after another since Dec 17. Oh and this isn’t my money, this money is from a PTO of a rural school and $700+ is a lot of money. Teachers have gone without cartridges/toners in their room since Dec because this company not only didn’t send the product, they stole the money and we don’t have another $700 laying around to be able to purchase from another company!!!!

"CUSTOMER SERVICE NEVER RETURNS CALLS OR EMAILS"
Ordered a 5 pack of toner for a brother printer, realized quickly that i had ordered the wrong one. Have tried to call the customer service line 6 times, left 4 messages, 2 emails nothing in over a week. This company is a joke. They just let the orders flow out but do not care about their customers once the order button is clicked. If i could give 0 stars i would

"What is going on at LD Products"
I have been buying from LD Products for several years and have been very satisfied with their products and customer service. Until yesterday that is! I had a problem with a new toner cartridge and have tried repeatedly the past 2 days to reach them by phone. Never get an answer or a call back. Additionally, tried to fill out their Contact Us form but it is not working. Are these guys in business anymore? What do you want to bet I get a canned response telling me to call CS or fill out the contact form like they have done to everyone else lately. They have my contact info and need to call me. I sent a fax requesting a call back and I have left several call back requests. Hey LD products... are you guys still alive?

"Beware...100% satisfaction gurantee is a lie."
I returned cartridges that I purchased because my printer died while the cartridges were in route. I called LD and they told me to ship the ink back and I would get a full refund. I sent the inks back and got a delivery confirmation from USPS. After a month of no refund I called back and they said that the inks were received and a full refund would be issued. i even got an email that said a full refund would be issued.. the ink was paid with free shipping. Now they have shorted me and said they are taking out for shipping. Taking out for shipping is NOT a full refund. A full refund is what I paid. This is a classic bait and switch. With everyone I had contact with about this refund, no one mentioned taking out for shipping. As a matter of fact my email said I would be refunded the exact amount I paid. Beware this company. 100% guarantee satisfaction they claim is NOT 100%.

"This operation is a JOKE"
Within 3 minutes of receiving order confirmation, I realized it was the wrong item and requested to cancel the order via 2 emails and 1 phone call (never reached anyone).
No response until 4 days later and the order already shipped. The will only give me a refund if I pay my own shipping. If they send me a prepaid shipping label, I get store credit. This order never should have shipped. I have repeatedly requested paid shipping and refund but I keep getting the run around.
The worst customer service.

I bought this color pack hoping that it would work in my epson printer unlike other off brand inks. Surprise surprise, my printer immediately noticed that it was off brand and wouldnt print a thing even after following all directions from customer support. I then asked for a refund but the best they could do was send me a replacement. This business lacks ethics in my opinion.
"Stay away from this company"
I've ordered cartridges from LD for several years now and I'm consistently surprised at how often the orders are wrong. They either send the wrong ink cartridge, the cartridge doesn't work, or the order is incomplete. I ordered two cartridges last week and paid extra to have them sent by second-day delivery, and unsurprisingly today I received only one. I'm still unable to use my printer without the second one, which is why I paid for the second-day delivery. Yesterday I called customer support three times and sat on the phone for half an hour each time (no one bothers to answer and you're finally informed you have to leave them a voicemail), left two voicemail messages, sent three emails to customer service, and still have received no response. Today I finally called PayPal and disputed the charge for the cartridge I did not receive. I don't have the time or effort left to continue to deal with this poor excuse for an organization and I won't deal with them again in the future.

"Is LD Products a scam?"
Ordered a printer drum last week with expedited shipping and never recieved a confirmation email with shipping info or expected delivery date. Customer service will not answer the phone and have not recieved any further communication from them via email. I highly do not recommend purchasing anything from their website as the chance you will get what you paid for is extremely low.

"No service, lost order? No response 13 days"
My fourth & fifth attempt to get service or reply. My order below shipped with black carts only 3 color carts missing. Where are they, when will I get?
Why no response to previous phone calls and this email location. Sent last Monday another request to locate order/shipping/information Are you out of stock? LD is failing fast negative reviews growing.

"Defective Drum - No Answer from Customer Service"
UPDATE (2/25/23): finally found a direct email address for LD Products (*******@ldproducts.com) and they responded back within a day and sent me out a replacement drum at no cost which I received today. No idea if contacting them by email was indeed quicker (or if they just saw the complaint on here that lit a fire under their butt). I've installed the new drum and am hoping that this one will last the life it is supposed to unlike the original drum. Will try to update if there are problems with the new drum.
I've ordered from LD Products many times and never had a problem with their customer service...until now. The printer drum I ordered (along with two toner cartridges) and received in December is causing horizontal streaks on all my print outs. I tried cleaning the drum according to LD Products website with no resolution to the issue (actually seems worse now). It actually looks like gritty printer ink maybe has dried on the drum and won't come off. Unsure if that is the problem, but I've tried calling their customer support numerous times (on different days and different times of days) only to be put on hold forever, then automated "leave a message" which never gets returned. Even tried sending an email/message with no response. This is getting really irritating considering I run a business and my service tickets and invoices look unprofessional with streaks all through them.
